JUBILEE PORTFOLIO

Our institutional client, Savills IM were searching for good quality, well located property investments. Through our market knowledge of buildings and ownerships, we identified the above as a potential off market purchase.

The portfolio included five separate properties totalling circa 96,000 sq ft: three mixed use properties in Brighton; a mixed use building in Hampstead, London and a supermarket in East Ham. We secured the portfolio, off-market, at a price of £42,000,000 reflecting a net initial yield of 5.57%, bought from a private investor.
