Jonathan has over 25 years real estate experience. He started at Robinson Low Francis, undertaking Project Management and Quantity Surveying whilst reading Estate Management part time and gaining a first class honours degree.

Jonathan then qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1996 at Colliers Edman Lewis and spent 4 years in property valuation, management and leasing, where he helped find and secure offices for Microsoft, Koch Industries and GUS, as well as specific occupier projects such as ‘working out’ leasehold liabilities for British Telecom. He then spent 2 years at Weatherall Green and Smith (now BNP Paribas Real Estate UK), where his West End leasing clients included, Clerical Medical, The Wolfson Foundation, The National Gallery and Josiah Wedgwood.

Whilst at WGS Jonathan also secured investments for their ‘in-house’ British Gas fund. This was followed by a spell at LaSalle Investment Management, where he worked for funds such as Mars, Unilever, CIN, USS and British Railways, identifying suitable opportunities to achieve their return criteria. One of the specific projects Jonathan worked on whilst at LIM was the ‘work out’ and sale of a Government leasehold liability portfolio.

He was approached by Gerald Eve and joined in April 2002 to Head up West End Investment, before founding Everton Phillips LLP, Property Investment Consultants, in 2005.

After 15 years in the Irish Guards, in which he attained the rank of Major after Officers Training at Sandhurst, Bernard has spent since 1991 in the Real Estate business, where his wide experience includes working in overseas markets such as Spain and Portugal.

His roles have included: Sales Director, Commercial Director, and Joint Managing Partner in different Property Development Companies, and he has been responsible for launching a successful new Property Company in 2008, as well as leading commercial activities, managing property portfolios, developing business models, and designing innovative sales and marketing techniques.

Following his graduation from the University of Nottingham with a 2:1 in Biology, Tom served in the military as an officer in the Welsh Guards for six years. During his military career he completed two operational tours of Afghanistan and achieved the rank of Captain.

On leaving the Army, he joined JP Morgan as part of the military internship scheme. He worked in the Sales, Strategy and Planning team for UK funds. He was responsible for analyzing and developing the activities and methodologies used by the Sales team.

Tom joined Everton Phillips in 2016. He currently assists with sourcing opportunities for a range of clients. Since joining Everton Phillips, Tom has completed an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Estate Management (UCEM).

Dickson has 7 years of experience in Principal Investments and Corporate Finance / Investment Banking, advising European and Asian capital partners and institutional clients, across Real Estate, Industrials and Metals & Mining sectors.

In his most recent role, Dickson was one of the founding members in the European Real Estate Investment team at Mirae Asset (Korea-based Global Fund, with $8bn Real Estate AUM), where he supported the deal sourcing and underwriting efforts of direct/co-investment (equity and debt), from core to value-add risk spectrum, across various asset classes, e.g. offices, logistics, living etc at the asset, portfolio and platform-level. Prior to that, Dickson worked in the Real Estate Corporate Finance M&A team at JLL Capital Markets, where he advised on the corporate-level M&A, programmatic JVs and equity placements for owners/operators and investment funds across different strategies.

Dickson is currently pursuing a Master’s in Real Estate (part-time) at Cambridge University, and holds MSc in China in Comparative Perspectives at the London School of Economics and BA (Hons) International Relations with Economics at the University of Birmingham.
